Update on shipping to destinations in Asia, Oceania and parts of Africa:
Due to the overflight bans currently in place over Russia, Ukraine and other countries, some flight connections have been interrupted and for many more, longer routes must now be flown than previously. This increases fuel requirements and reduces the available transport capacity on these flights. In addition, the current substantial increase in fuel costs is causing additional distortions in the international air transport networks and contributing to a further shortage of transport capacity.
In this context, significantly longer transit times are to be expected in some cases for shipments to long-distance destinations. This mainly affects destinations in Asia and Oceania, but also has an impact on other destinations, e.g. in parts of Africa. Please understand that it is not possible to reliably predict the effects in the current rapidly changing situation.
